I can't confirm or deny that this picture is legit, but it does look pretty real.It would make perfect sense to have werewolves in Skyrim since there are already Vampires.
Not to mention one of Morrowind's Expansion packs focused on werewolves so they're already in the lore.
yeah dude,thats a werewolf.and whats better,you can also turn in one,to do so,just go to whiterun and talk with the parterns,they will give you mission to complete,once you finished those mission you will be a werewolf.
